The qualifying fixtures for this offer are any UEFA Champions League matches taking place at 21:00 CEST on 04/11/2025.

To qualify for the offer, add your qualifying Bet Builder to the bet slip, enter your cash stake amount (up to €10), select ‘Use Safety Net Bet’ and place the bet. If your qualifying bet loses, you will be refunded in Bet Credits.

The maximum refund in Bet Credits that can be received is stated in the Bet Slip.

Safety Net Bet will apply to your chosen Bet Builder once ‘Use Safety Net Bet’ is selected on the Bet Slip. If you place two or more bets on the same Bet Slip, only the selection that has been nominated as the Safety Net Bet will qualify.

Where a qualifying bet is placed on a market that can be settled as part won and part loss, for example an Each Way or Asian Line bet, the Bet Credits refund received will be the difference between the original stake and the returns received. For example, if you place a €5 Each Way bet totalling €10 using a Safety Net Bet that is settled as a Place with total returns of €8, you would receive €2 in Bet Credits. If the returns received are greater than the original stake, no Bet Credits will be credited and the offer will be closed.

If you are eligible for a refund, your Bet Credits will be added to your Bet Credits balance within 24 hours of the fixture ending.

Only bets placed with cash are eligible to receive this offer. Where your qualifying bet is funded partly with cash and partly with Bet Credits, only losses from the cash part of your bet will be refunded in Bet Credits.

Bets must contain minimum odds of 2.50 (6/4) or greater.

Where your qualifying bet is Cashed Out, the offer will no longer apply.

Void bets or bets which are settled as a push will not receive a Bet Credits refund and the offer will be closed.

Bets placed using Bet Credits, Free Bets or Gaming bets do not qualify for a refund as part of this offer.

Only one bet can be refunded as part of this offer. Offer applies to a bet placed through the Bet Builder feature. Only bets that have been selected as ‘Use Safety Net Bet’ will be refunded as part of this offer. Where a bet is placed on an alternative bet type, no refund will apply and the offer will be closed.

This bet will expire if not used on any UEFA Champions League match taking place at 21:00 CEST on 04/11/2025.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer where qualifying conditions for both offers are met. For Goals Ahead or Points Ahead Offers, if your qualifying bet is settled as a winner but would have naturally gone on to lose, this offer will not be applied.

Your Bet Credits are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bet Credits stakes will be added to your Withdrawable Balance but Bet Credits stakes are not included in any returns. For example, a €10 bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a return of €30 (€20 winnings plus €10 stake), whereas a €10 Bet Credits stake placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a net return of €20, as the €10 Bet Credits stake is not returned.

Stakes can be funded in part by your Bet Credits and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bet Credits element of the stake will not be included in any returns. For example, a €10 bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) which was funded by €5 Bet Credits and €5 cash would give a net return of €25 (€20 winnings plus €5 cash stake) as the €5 Bet Credits stake would not be returned. If a bet is void and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bet Credits stakes will not be returned. If a bet is void and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the match), Bet Credits stakes will be returned.

For the purpose of Cash Out, the value displayed will already have the Bet Credits stake removed and will be the actual return received if Cashed Out.

Your Bet Credits cannot be:

• used as stakes on Teasers;

• used as stakes on Bet Boosts, Super Boosts and Winnings Boosts.

Your Bet Credits will expire 7 days after they are added to your Bet Credits balance. If additional Bet Credits are added to your Bet Credits balance within this 7 day period, the total Bet Credits balance will expire 7 days after the last addition.

Bets placed using Bet Credits will not qualify for the following boost:

Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Free Bets, Bet Credits or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the enhanced payment, Free Bet, refund payment or Bet Credit element of such offers and/or void any bet funded by the Free Bet or Bet Credits. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bet Credits, Free Bet, refund or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.

bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount, Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

All customer offers are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or offer and remove any winnings from such bet.

bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.

Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
