Monthly Loyalty Rewards runs from 10:00 CET on 1st July until 23:59 CET on 30th September 2026.

The promotion is split into three qualifying periods. All progress made will reset at the end of the qualifying period and you will restart from the Bronze Wheel. More details about qualifying periods can be found in the Missions section of the poker software.
The qualifying periods run at the following times:
• 10:00 CET on 1st July until 23:59 CET on 31st July 2026.
• 00:00 CET on 1st August until 23:59 CET on 31st August 2026.
• 00:00 CET on 1st September until 23:59 CET on 30th September 2026.

In order for play to contribute towards mission completion, you must download or open the bet365 Poker app or the poker download software for Windows on your desktop device and log in. Once you have logged in, you must opt in during each qualifying period and complete missions according to the details in the Missions section of the bet365 Poker app and/or downloadable poker client. All play via the in-browser software, bet365 Sports app and/or prior to opting in will not contribute towards these missions.

This offer is only available to new and eligible customers. You can see a full list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the Offers section. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.

You will receive a prize wheel spin each time you complete a rake mission. Upon completing a mission five times, you will unlock the next prize wheel, starting from the Bronze Wheel. Full rake mission requirements can be found in the table above.

Any excess rake generated during a mission will carry over to the next, except when completing the final mission that would unlock the next prize wheel or when you are completing a mission that would award a Diamond prize wheel spin.

Upon completion of a Platinum level mission, you will receive a cash prize of €20. Upon completion of a Diamond level mission, you will receive a cash prize of €62.50. All cash prizes received from mission completion are credited automatically to your account.

All prize wheel spins earned from mission completion are credited to your account immediately and can be viewed by clicking on the prize wheel icon at the top of the poker software. If unused, prize wheel spins expire seven days after being issued. All cash prizes awarded from the prize wheel are credited to your account immediately.

Tournament Money (T Money) awarded from prize wheel spins will be credited automatically to your Tournament Balance (T€). When buying in to a tournament, available Tournament Money in the Tournament Balance will be used automatically. If the buy-in to a tournament exceeds the amount available in the Tournament Balance, the cash balance will be used to make up the remaining buy-in amount. T Money cannot be withdrawn and has no expiry attached.

Not all tables are guaranteed to be available on all platforms during the promotional period.

The prize wheels are not guaranteed to release all prizes during the promotional period and all featured prizes will be visible on the prize wheels regardless of whether they are still available.

Where any term of the offer is breached or there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such offer, void any wager funded through the offer and/or remove any winnings from such wager. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.

bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount that has been awarded in error.

All customer offers are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or offer is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to that customer or group of customers and/or void any wager funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such wager.

bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typos or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel or restrict this promotion for legal, regulatory or technical reasons.

In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, bet365 has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this offer. bet365 may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer's identity prior to crediting any offer, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.

Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
