Once you have joined the promotion and placed on the leaderboard, you will continue to accrue points on qualifying spins up until 23:59 CEST on the final day of each promotional period. You must have joined the
promotion and placed on the leaderboard by 23:49 CEST on the final day of each promotional period. If you have not joined the promotion by this time, you will not qualify for this promotion.

Once you have joined the promotion, you will be able to select the "Leave Leaderboard" feature at any time during the promotional period. If you decide to re-join the promotion later, all previously accumulated points will no longer be available and the leaderboard will start from zero.

Points accrued will be calculated by your win ratio: your win on a single spin, divided by the stake amount, multiplied by 100. For example, if you won €2 from a €1 stake, your score would be: 2 divided by 1, multiplied by 100 = 200. Additionally, for every €1 cash staked on the eligible tables, you will receive 1 point guaranteed.

Where two or more players tie on the same number of points, the player who achieved the points first will have the higher position on the leaderboard.

Your score can be improved over the qualifying period, but you can only have a single entry on the leaderboard.

Bonuses will be credited within 72 hours of the promotional period ending if not credited automatically once the leaderboard is over. You will have seven days to accept your reward. You can accept your bonus via the pop-up message, open an eligible Live Roulette game and click ‘Accept’.

Once claimed, your bonus will be valid for seven days. You will need to wager the bonus five times on any eligible Live Roulette game before it can be withdrawn. Any bonus amount that remains unused by the end of this period will be removed, along with any winnings accrued.

For non-cash prizes, to calculate the taxable amount, we take the prize’s value, increased by 20% (the gross-up). For cash prizes, these will be subject to withholding tax when the gross amount of the prize exceeds the threshold of €300. The winner is responsible for declaring the full taxable amount of the prize in their annual Personal Income Tax return and may deduct the withholding tax paid on their behalf by bet365 as a withholding tax.

You are responsible for declaring the full taxable value of the prize (market value plus, where applicable, the withholding tax amount we have paid as confirmed to you in the Withholding Tax Certificate) in your annual income tax return and (if applicable) you may deduct the withholding tax paid by bet365 as a payment already made on your behalf.
